FAQ

1. What does the assigned group and time slot mean?

Your assigned group tells you which hour you’re scheduled to shop. You’ll have a full hour to browse, try on clothes, and sign up for any glam services you want.

2. Can I change my assigned time?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to group assignments once they’ve been set.

3. Can I arrive any time during my time slot?

No, you must arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you will lose your spot, and another student waiting in line will take your place :( Please make sure to arrive on time to avoid any issues.

4. What if I arrive at 11AM but my group is assigned to a later time?

If you arrive at 11:00 AM but your assigned group is later, you will need to wait until your assigned time to shop.

If you arrive early, you are welcome to activities hosted at Guildhouse across the street for FREE!

5. Is this event free or paid?

All clothing and services provided are completely free! However, there will be a set limit on how many items you can shop for.

6. Is there a set limit on how much I can shop for?

Our stylists will provide you assistance on the day of. In order to accommodate all 300 of you (YAY!) we want to give everyone a chance to shop with us.

8. Where is the event at?

The event will be located in Downtown San Jose. The address is: 455 S First Street, San Jose, CA.

9. Is there parking nearby?

There are no parking lots but there is street parking which costs $2 an hour (3 hours max).

10. How does this event work?

Upon arrival, you will check-in at the door with your student ID and this email ready to be presented. When you enter we will have our stylists and glam squad available to assist you! There will be fitting rooms available for you to try on outfits and DIY workshops for you to personalize your clothing.

11. What if I need more time to shop or try on clothes?

If space and time allows, we will allow you to shop some more from our racks once all groups have finished shopping at the end of the event.
